On August 24, 2022, we passed an important milestone when we received approval from the city’s Committee of Adjustments to proceed with our plans to renovate 473 Oakwood. Following the unanimous decision in September 2021, we are on track with the renovation plans to prepare 473 Oakwood for our arrival in 2024. There is zero chance of anything being built for under 500K unless it's a tiny home. If you can't afford to buy, you can't afford to build. I'd think $200 sq ft would be closer to reality, and utilities could easily cost 25K. OP - to be honest, I think the quote of $150/sq ft is meaningless.
